We have invested extensively to implement and improve industry standards in regard to environmental and safety requirements. While following certain mandates of current industry environmental concerns, we have added features such as digital metering, process spec shutdowns, and patent pending internal separator design inclusive of mist extracting weir plates and diffusers to decrease greenhouse emissions. To address operator safety, we have installed visual alarm systems to the exterior of the operator’s cabin to eliminate confined space entry, these alarms alert all personnel if Hydrogen Sulphide or Low Explosion Levels are inadvertently present. TARA Energy’s separators are built with sparging systems in every high and low pressure vessel. This provides zero-entry cleaning of the vessels and continuous sand sparging giving us the capability of continuous flowback, never shutting in to clean out a vessel while losing production.
TARA Energy’s installation of high fluid shutdowns eliminate the environmental risk of spills and separator carryover. They are set to actuate the on-board ESD system to isolate flow before the vessel reaches max capacity. All vessels have dual ABB SCADA compatible digital meters with Barton chart records for back up to ensure flow rate accuracy.
