Reports To: Senior Executive VP & CEO
The General Manager of US Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee all operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. The General Manager will also work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team, as well as other support teams across the organization to ensure collaboration, effective communication and consistency across all areas within the United States.
