SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

Safety Overview

Safety is our highest priority which is why we have installed visual beacon alarm systems to the exterior of the operator’s cabin to eliminate confined space entry. This alerts all personnel if Hydrogen Sulfide or Low Explosion Levels are inadvertently present. A few other specifications include Integral Metering Systems with no LEL exposure, Manifold and Debris Catcher Containment Skids, and patented High Pressure/High Volume Fluid Shutdown Systems.

TARA manufactures ASME coded pressure vessels & piping packages that are engineered and constructed for an extensive array of processes. All pressure vessels are SCADA equipped and include various options and accessories to meet all types of applications and operating conditions for greener completion and safety standards at site.

Equipment Safety

Manufactured to the highest of Internationally recognized safety standards set by the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA) and the BC Safety Authority. TARA is also registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and ASME U-Stamp certified for oil and gas production testing flowback services.

All vessels have dual ABB SCADA compatible digital meters with Barton chart records for back up on the gas side. The fluid side uses sur flow totalizer combined with either D4 actuated fluid valves or full port 3” V ball valves in concert with Fisher L2 Contr.

FIELD OPERATIONS

Training Program

Short Service Employee (SSE) training provided within the first 3 months of joining TARA. Once completed, field operators then begin Level I and II Operator Training Programs, respectively. All training coincides with our internal training requirements and education guided programs. Employees are tracked and tested through written examinations and management competencies levels.
